Plus tons of cooking utensils. The dining table and peninsula can seat 8-10 for group dinners or a fun game night. LIVING ROOM : The living room includes a very comfortable sectional sofa, 2 accent chairs, an ottoman, storage consoles and a 75" smart TV. It flows right into the dining room which leads to the kitchen for an open concept flow. We have games, books, cards, and extra blankets ideal for a cozy movie night. BEDROOMS : There are 3 bedrooms (4 total beds) and all are equipped with a ceiling fan with a dimmable light and brand new beds/mattresses. There is plenty of storage with the large closets, dressers, hangers / clothing racks, and full length mirrors. There are lots of extra pillows and blankets as well for those who prefer to bundle up to get a great night's sleep. BATHROOM & LAUNDRY : There are 2 full bathrooms and laundry in case you need to wash a load during your stay. OUTDOORS : The back yard is fully fenced and there is outdoor furniture if you'd like to wind down and relax outside with a nice glass of wine after a long day at the beach or exploring the city. PETS : We do allow small pets (size & breed restrictions) for an pet deposit and pet rent so please contact me if you're interested in traveling with your pup. LOCATION : The property is in a central and conveniently located neighborhood called Gardena which has easy access to several freeways: 105, 110 and 405 for easy commutes. The property is close to several key attraction throughout the great Los Angeles area. GROCERIES : If you like to stay in and cook up a delicious meal, there are several small local corner markets if you need to pick up a few quick groceries or you can also find big box stores like Target (2mi), Costco (2mi) or Ralph's (2mi) nearby. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire house, the fully fenced back yard and the gated patio. Guests are able to self check-in with the smart lock. Other things to note This is non-smoking, drug free property - including the outdoor areas. This is a quiet residential area so no loud noises/music after 10pm out of respect for the other neighbors. For your safety, there are ring doorbell cameras and a camera/motion light for the front and backyards that are recording video and audio at all times.
