This property is an all-inclusive 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom house that can accommodate up to 10 people. Parking is off-street in the driveway for up to 4 cars (the garage is not available for parking). If you need information about boat parking, please request details from the homeowners' Association (HOA). There is an application fee of $65, and a refundable deposit of $1000 is required. Please note that no events or parties are allowed on the premises. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am, and we kindly ask that you be respectful of the neighbors. Available dates are September to the end of February. Minimum of 30 days or more. No pets allowed. No smoking inside property only outside. Smoking is permitted outside only, and any debris from smoking must be promptly cleaned up. Please be mindful of the wildlife in the area as this is a waterfront property, and we share the environment with frogs, crabs, and other water animals. We kindly request that you take care not to harm them, as we are animal lovers :-)
