Apply now to The People's Mansion, a recently renovated 19-bedroom, permanently affordable cooperative house where community, creativity, and fun come together under one roof. Each resident has a private bedroom, but everything else is shared: kitchens, living spaces, chores, food, and all the woes and triumphs of adulting! Residents manage their home through weekly consensus meetings.
This isn't just affordable housing, it's a chance to be a founding member of a new co-op, helping shape culture, systems, and traditions from the ground up.
Owned by Better Housing Colorado, a small nonprofit where residents sit on board of directors, The People's Mansion is our fifth permanently affordable cooperative house.
