The Barnum Bungalow is a recently updated, attached guest suite conveniently located on Denver's West side. It is available for short term leases no longer than one month. If it's going well for both of us, we would consider renewing after one month. At 350 square feet, it is small and efficient. Tenants are welcome to come and go freely using the private entrance and smart lock, and the hosts are available as needed since we live on site in the other half of the house. The suite's hallway is separated from the hosts' living room by an interior locked door. The amenities are comparable to a standard hotel room, but we strive to offer a much higher level of service and value. Pets are welcome! The main bedroom features a comfortable king size bed, 45-inch Roku TV, nightstands, lamps and closet. A smaller second room has a couch that pulls out to a full size bed with memory foam mattress topper and 32-inch Roku TV (no nightstands, lamps or closet). Both bedrooms have a wall-mounted mini-split HVAC system, which allows you to set your preferred temperature in each room using a remote. The full bathroom has a tub and shower. In the hallway you'll find a Keurig coffee maker (coffee is provided), microwave and mini fridge. This area is designed for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or reheating leftovers from our great local restaurants. It is not a full kitchen and is not set up for cooking. LOCATION: Get the best of both worlds: explore the city and have access to the mountains too! 10 min to Broncos Stadium, Meow Wolf, Sloan's Lake Park and local breweries! 15 min to Coors Field, Denver Art Museum, LoDo, RiNo and LoHi, 20 min to Red Rocks and local hikes! 45 min to Boulder, 1 hour to Ski Loveland and alpine hikes, 1.5 hours to Colorado Springs or Rocky Mountain NP! King bed, fast WiFi, separate heat and AC, private entrance, smart lock, Roku TV, Keurig coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave. KEEP IN MIND BEFORE INQUIRING: The guest suite shares walls with the main house, so it possible to hear the hosts at anytime. This is a small unit at 300 square feet, so it is best suited for 2 people.
