Available 7/18/26 to 4/1/27. The monthly rent of $3500 includes all utilities, high speed wi-fi, garbage service and a hot tub cleaning every 30 days. For a longer term lease during the off season (January-March) we can offer a discounted rate. Our home is a non-smoking/vaping property. There is a $500 sanitation fee for any residual left behind after check out. We do love and accept dogs for a non-refundable fee of $100 per pet. Covered off street parking is provided for 4 cars. We strive to make every stay with us exceptional. Occasionally, we have a guest in the separate building to the left of the house.

We have all of January, February, and March presently available to some lucky family who needs a fully furnished, well maintained home that is equipped for instant living. Upstairs you will find a master suite, a second bedroom and an additional full bathroom. The kitchen/living room opens out onto a large deck that overlooks a fenced backyard. Downstairs includes an oversized bedroom with 2 queen beds, a bedroom with a set of twin bunkbeds, a full size bathroom with tub/shower, a bonus room with a large screen tv and a fully stocked laundry room. The bonus room opens up to the outdoor covered patio which includes a sparkling clean hot tub and sofas for outdoor hang time. Home Sweet Hillsdale is 18 minutes to downtown Nashville and minutes from dining, shopping, and groceries in Hendersonville. Our property manager lives in nearby and can be available in the unfortunate event of need.
