If application is approved and we choose to proceed a non-Refundable Screening fee of $40 which pays for a credit check, eviction check and criminal background check will be required. Rent is $1800/month Security Deposit is $1800 Pet Deposit of $200. Some Breeds and Animals are not allowed. Please describe your pet(s) in the application First Month's Rent, Security Deposit and Pet Deposit (if applicable) is due upon signing No Smoking of any kind is allowed inside the house 1 year lease minimum Tenant is responsible for all Utilities Tenant is responsible for lawn maintenance This property is not available for tenants with an eviction, felonies, a housing voucher, an income less than 3.0x rent, more than 2 pets, a move in date too far out, or any unmet property requirements. Obtaining and maintaining renters' insurance for the entirety of the lease is required for this property. Any adult that is or is over the age of 18 that plans on staying in the house will be required to apply as an applicant and sign the lease as a lessee. Applications will be processed in the order they are received.
