This unfurnished 1b/1b apartment features a spacious loft that could be used as a spare/guest bedroom, as well as a recently remodeled kitchen and… bathroom. The unit is a converted in-law suite, approximately 1/3 of the house. My family (i.e., me, my wife, 5-year-old daughter, and 3-year-old daughter) live in the rest of the house with our friendly 5-year-old neutered dog. The apartment has a private entrance, independent air conditioning system, beautiful woodwork throughout, and lots of natural light. You'll have exclusive use of a single bay of the three-car garage, and we have lots of climate controlled storage space in the basement, if needed. The neighborhood is quiet and our house is at the end of a cul-de-sac. Nature surrounds with deer, rabbits, squirrels and all manner of birds regularly passing through. We have a 2.6 acre yard with an invisible fence. If you have a pet, you may consider getting an electric fence collar ($85 plus tax from PetSafe).
