Rent increases between June-August Pets: Small dogs and cats allowed with a $350 non-refundable deposit Administration Fee: 2.5% Utilities Included: Water/Sewer/Garbage, electric, gas, and internet (up to the first $600/month; lessee responsible for amounts exceeding this cap) Hot Tub Maintenance: $150/month (bi-weekly service) No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in eviction and full financial responsibility for damages, including odor remediation and property replacement Neighborhood Restrictions: No parties or events permitted.
