Plumbing Repairs: Tenant shall be responsible for the cost of repairing any plumbing issues, blockages, damage, or backups caused by Tenant's misuse, negligence, accident, improper disposal of materials, or actions of Tenant's guests or occupants. Washer and Dryer: Tenant shall be responsible for the proper use and care of the washer and dryer during the lease term. Any damage, malfunction, or repairs resulting from Tenant's misuse, negligence, accident, or actions of Tenant's guests or occupants shall be the responsibility of the Tenant at Tenant's expense. Property Care: Tenant agrees to maintain the property in a clean, sanitary, and safe condition and to promptly report any maintenance issues to Owner. Occupancy: Only individuals listed on the lease agreement may reside at the property unless otherwise approved in writing by Owner. Compliance with Laws: Tenant shall comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws while occupying the property.
