Lease Terms: Hello, my name is Dawn Jackson. I'm renting out two rooms in Oak Park, Michigan. The home is furnished and rooms will be rented by two separate tenants. The rooms are available monthly or yearly. Smoking is allowed on back porch and parking allowed on side of property. The living room, dining room, kitchen, office/computer room, laundry area, and patio are designated as common areas. All tenants shall have equal and reasonable access to these spaces. Tenants shall maintain common areas in a clean condition, Furniture care, refrain from excessive noise, remove personal belongings when not in use, and respect the rights of other occupants. No tenant shall claim exclusive use of any common area unless authorized in writing by the landlord. Details to the renters stipulations will be in the Lease Clause.
