Lease terms

Tenant is responsible for electric, water, and internet service. Landlord will provide lawn care and landscaping maintenance, including regular grass service to keep the property well maintained year-round. A security deposit of one months rent is required at the time the lease is signed. First month's rent is also due prior to move-in. Pets are allowed, however breed and size restrictions may apply and must be approved by the landlord. Additional pet terms may apply. The home is offered as an unfurnished rental. Tenants are expected to maintain the interior of the property in good condition and follow standard lease guidelines. Parking is available on the extra-wide driveway, and the property includes a rock parking pad suitable for a boat or additional vehicle. With no HOA restrictions, tenants have added flexibility compared to many Naples neighborhoods. Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Applicants will be required to complete a background check, credit check, and provide rental history. References from previous landlords or housing providers may also be requested as part of the application process. Lease length options may be available depending on tenant needs.
