Lease terms

Tenant is responsible for electric, water, and internet service. A security deposit of one months rent is required at the time the lease is signed. First month's rent is also due prior to move-in. Pets are allowed, however breed and size restrictions may apply and must be approved by the landlord. Additional pet terms may apply.
