-5 person maximum occupancy. Strictly enforced -Residents are responsible for yard, driveway, patio, porch, weeding, and exterior upkeep. This will be strictly enforced as the landscaping is brand new -No inside smoking (tobacco or marijuana) -Combined household income must be $7,500 or more per month -Tenant responsible for all utilities -A full screening is done for each adult that applies -$39 screening fee per adult -No past evictions, judgments or bankruptcies -Violent felonies reviewed on a case by case basis -Credit scores need to average 675+ for each adult -$150 move in fee -Home must be professionally deep cleaned and professionally carpet cleaned at move out (or equivalent to professional level if cleaning yourself) -Pets are case by case with a $750 refundable deposit & a $35 per month pet fee -No reusable applications accepted
