All applicants will be screened based on a combination of factors including credit history, income verification, rental history, and overall financial responsibility. Applicants should generally demonstrate: Verifiable income of approximately 2.5x the monthly rent Strong credit history (generally 700+ FICO) Ask me about Alternative Credit Qualifying, Now available in California Applicants with lower credit scores may still be considered depending on compensating factors such as rental history, income strength, or the use of a qualified co-signer. If a co-signer is used, the co-signer should demonstrate excellent credit (720+) and verifiable income of ~ 5x the monthly rent. Applications are reviewed on a first come, first serve policy. All applications from Tenants AND their Guarantors must be completed to be considered in process. If all applications are not in, then you do not automatically hold your space in line. Showing Appointments; All showings are by appointment only and in multiple party showings.
