This is a lovely furnished home in a quiet James Island neighborhood with a private pool. It is available June 15. The interior is spacious and has a very warm appeal. Minimum stay is 2 months. The first floor is an open kitchen/living room and half bath with the primary bedroom and bathroom also on this level. There is a finished loft over the garage which is the 4th bedroom (not fully enclosed) and 2 bedrooms with an additional full bathroom upstairs. To the back, you'll find a spacious screened in porch overlooking a beautiful in-ground heated pool complete with loungers and deck chairs. A two car garage stores the washer and dryer. Tenants have access to a private boat ramp for launching your boat and a community fishing dock. Included in the rent are; utilities, internet service, pool maintenance, lawn maintenance. Please note that the power bill is covered in the rent up to $350/month. If a bill exceeds that amount, tenants are responsible to pay the overage. App subscriptions (Netflix, Prime, Apple, Hulu etc) are not provided but there are TVs throughout the house and you will able to access these apps and log in to your accounts. There is a $300 cleaning fee due upon vacating. Pets are permitted (2 max) and a $400 non-refundable deposit is required per pet.
