12-month lease or longer. Deposit (1 month rent) and last month rent due at signing. First month rent due at move in. Background check required for every individual above 18 residing in the home. Minimum credit score 700, no eviction, income 3x over rent, and good rental history (on-time payments and no violations). Work verification required: last two months pay stub AND proof of bank statements required showing deposit. Application Fee: Zillow application fee Small dogs and cats considered on a case by case basis. No smoking, No drugs. Renter's insurance required. Tenant is responsible for all utilities: Water / sewer / garbage / gas / electric and yard maintenance.
