Lease terms

- Lease Duration: 12 24 months. - Vehicles: Tenant may not have more than 4 vehicles on the Property. - Smoking: Smoking of any kind, including vaping and tobacco pipes, is not permitted anywhere on the Property. This applies to the Tenant, guests, family members, and occupants, including areas such as the garage and outdoor spaces. - Yard Maintenance: Tenant is responsible for maintaining the yard at the Tenant's own expense. - Utilities: Tenant is responsible for paying all connection fees, service fees, usage charges, and other costs associated with utilities and services at the Property, including: Electricity, Gas Water and wastewater, Garbage/trash service, Telephone, Security/alarm monitoring, Cable, Internet. - Property Damage, Injuries & Losses: Unless caused by the Landlord, the Landlord is generally not responsible for damages, injuries, or losses to the Tenant, guests, family members, occupants, or their property resulting from events such as: Fire, flood, or water leaks, Ice, snow, hail, or high winds, Explosion or smoke, Utility interruptions, Theft, burglary, or robbery, Assault or vandalism, Actions of other people, Conditions of the Property Environmental hazards or contaminants, including carbon monoxide, asbestos, radon, lead-based paint, mold, or fungus Other unexpected events or casualty losses.
