This is a fully furnished, full appointed mid-term rental property. You can rent it for up to 3 months at a time. Utilities are covered, wifi is on.… Just show up with some groceries and you're set to go.
After the purchase in early 2020, the house has been painted and all new carpeting was put in. The entire home was completely furnished and fully stocked to be used as a BnB or a Mid Term Rental.
The property is located in an ideal location, 5 minutes from downtown, and 5 minutes from the shopping district.

There are 3 bedrooms on the top floor and two downstairs. The master bedroom is quite large with its own private bathroom, featuring twin sinks, a separate soaker-tub and shower.
The downstairs bath is a brand new full bath that is completely accessible.
The living room has large couches, recessed lighting, a big flat-screen TV as well as a gas fireplace.
In addition to a fridge, oven, and microwave, the eat-in kitchen has a dishwasher and a double sink with garbage disposal. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishware, glasses, flatware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, dish towels, cloth napkins, placemats, the works.
The main dining room has an 8' long table with 6 chairs and an additional leaf if needed. The entry way is set up with a small reading area with comfortable chairs and wonderful lighting.
There is a large driveway and a large garage.
