Lease terms

Month-to-month lease term. All utilities included for flat rate of $150.00/month (except internet). No smoking anywhere on the property whatsoever. No pets allowed. *If we are unable to verify information on the application, it shall be considered incomplete and will not be processed until we receive the missing information.** As per Fair Housing, rental eligibility is based on four main factors; rental history, employment history, credit history, and income. All applications are reviewed on an equal basis; no "first come" policy in place. Applications typically require 3-5 business days to process but in some instances may take more time. Processing time depends on our ability to verify information on the application. An electronic application form is available to anyone interested in a rental property we offer. For an application to be processed, applicants need to submit a fully completed application along with 3 months of their checking/savings account statements and 2 of their most recent pay stubs OR last two years of tax returns if self-employed. A fully completed application and a $30 processing fee is required for all persons 18 years of age and older. The application processing fee is non-refundable and covers the cost of credit checks, staff time, phone costs, and inquiries needed to verify application information.
