No parties, No constant visitors, no drug use or sales,no animals, electricity is not included in the rent. apartment will be cleaned by tennant minimum once a month, no use of hot tub, the washing of cars or any other type of vehicle, No repairing of vehicles on property, the only person living in the rental is the tenant on the lease..... no move ins other than tennant! If any of these terms are violated it will be grounds for immediate termination of the lease and eviction will be enforced in 5 days,
