Im willing to allow dogs cats if they're declawed. No more then 2 dogs there is 50 a month pet fee and a 250$ deposit for each animal. Females must be fixed. There is a washer dryer hook up for 50$ more a month i will get a set for the house. Or you can bring your own theres gas and electric. This is a 1 year Lease. There will be a few annual walk throughs of the house. If any damages have been done to the house they will be expected to be fixed within 14 days. There is 1500$ deposit. Upon leaving if house is in the same condition and no repairs are needed and the house is clean the full deposit will be returned. Upon move in there will be a 1500 deposit needed and first months rent $3,450. If you have any animals the price will go up. The leaser is responsible for mowing the grass. And keeping up with the yard
