Please also request a separate Belvedere Realty application which asks for information about your rental history, income, pets, vehicles etc. I recognize the Zillow application costs $35, but please remember it can be used for multiple applications with multiple landlords for 30 days and I think you'll find most quality landlords will want to know your credit score etc
