This apartment is an elegant loft apartment located in beautiful downtown Portland.… You have instant access to the miles of trails that allow you to explore the town of two rivers. We are nicely located between Grand Rapids and Lansing for those who need to access both towns. We are a diversified bedroom community with so much to offer. Next door to our loft apartment is the Chocolate Moose (who make their own ice cream). There are many restaurants and cool bars that are walking distance from your apartment. This apartment is over 2000 sq feet and it was designed for elegant entertaining. It has 14 ft ceilings and the master bedroom has stairs leading up to a third floor that many residents turn in to their very cool office space. Just across the bridge is a park with softball, a fire pit and chairs next to the river for your enjoyment.
