Criminal History: All applicants (occupant or resident) will be subject to a criminal background check Pets: We accept a maximum of 2 pets up to 25 lbs. with an additional monthly Pet Fee of $30 per pet. All pets must be at least 1 year old. Proof of spaying or neutering and vaccinations are required. Breed restrictions apply. Utilities: Residents pay for PG&E (electricity & gas for the heater), a $20 monthly gas fee (building water heater), a prorated share of the water, sewer, and garbage, and a $4 monthly admin fee. The WSG charges are based on the number of occupants in the unit. It is a flat monthly fee of $56 for the 1st occupant and an additional $5 per occupant. Madison Arches is a smoke-free community.
