This is a lovely second floor apartment on a quiet street in the Olde Southwest neighborhood.… It has multiple rooms that can be used for different purposes based on the tenant's needs. This includes a dining/living space and a breakfast nook that could be used as a small office/study space. There's a large room that's currently being used as a living room but could also be a bedroom. There are two bedrooms. One is a large bedroom and the other a small one. There are a lot of built in shelves and cupboard that provide ample storage and plenty of character. The back door exits the kitchen and provides access to the fenced in backyard that is shared with the other tenants. This is also the easiest way to access the off street parking behind the house. The neighborhood itself is peaceful and in great proximity to much of what Roanoke has to offer. Carilion and all its affiliated programs are about a ten minute walk away. The home is also only about a block from the free trolley that runs to downtown and the medical center. The heart of downtown is about a 15-20 min walk from the property though there are other options for reaching there.
