Tenant pays for natural gas, electric and internet. The property has a well and septic so there is no water/sewer bill. The driveway can accommodate two vehicles and as a private road, there is only room for one car to park on street at the end of the road. Pets are approved on a case-by-case basis. There is no smoking of any substance in the home, but smoking is allowed outside. We only show properties to qualified applicants. Applicant approval will be dependent on income, rental, credit and employment history. Minimum qualifications include, but are not limited to, verifiable gross income from all sources of at least 3x rent, a credit score of 580 or higher, zero evictions, if income is from employment, a minimum of 6 months of history at the same job or industry. We would consider a lower credit score if the income, employment and prior landlord history were very strong.
