There is a hard no smoking IN the house. Smoking strictly outside. Please let me know your rental duration so that I can update your contract. I do require a 90 day notice if you decide to end your contract. You will be responsible for paying the last month of your rent upon move out. As well as turning off/ move service all your utilities. You will responsible for lawn care both front and back and I will split costs with you for tree maintenance. 2 in the front of the house and 1 large shrub at the front window.

I live 10-15 minutes away from the… property. If there is a emergency I can come as soon as possible. If you need someone to watch the house while you are on vacation or a delivery or service needed to be done and you can not be there? As long as I have ample notice, I can be there to help supervise that. I will never go through the home; I will stay in the dining room or living area.
This past January, the past renters converted one of the guest bedroom floors to hardwood
The home was recently serviced by pest control (previous tenants paid for service out of their pocket) 7.1.2026.
I do pay for Goettle for the HVAC and plumbing. They do a summer and winter checkup. I will check with you (as the tenant) before hand to see when you will be available to be on site for said service or if you want me there instead.
One of the guest rooms are painted green, second guest room painted black and in the master bedroom one wall is painted blue like the living room . Rooms can be painted back to black if requested before move in.
