Rent is $1,400 a month and a deposit of $1,400 is due the day before you move in, in addition to the rent that is due. Water is paid for by landlord, Electric will have to be sorted out with tenant living downstairs as it is shared. Residents are responsible for selecting a trash service, and taking care of the shared yards in front and back (mowing and weeding). A background check is required, verification of bank account and employment history for last 6 months required proof in writing or will not be considered. All applicants over the age of 18 will need to fill out an application, and provide a valid driver's license. Proof of job history, verified employment is required. Pets need to be approved before moving in. Three pets are the limit if not in a cage. Unit can be shown today/weekend, usually later afternoons or early mornings, or anytime on Mondays and Fridays. Try scheduling through Zillow and text to confirm appointment before coming. I will not answer my phone for questions unless we have an appointment scheduled. If you do not show up for the appointment at the scheduled time, I will not rent to you. Thanks
