Lease terms

LEASE TERMS NO SMOKINGSmoking is strictly prohibited inside the home, garage, basement, and on the property. This includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vaping devices, marijuana, hookahs, e-cigarettes, and any other smoking or inhaled substances. NO PETSNo pets of any kind are permitted on the property unless otherwise approved in writing by the landlord. UTILITIESTenant is responsible for payment of all utilities associated with the property, including but not limited to electric, gas, water, sewer, trash, internet, cable, and any other utility services. SECURITY DEPOSIT & MOVE-IN COSTSA refundable security deposit and the first month's rent are due in full at the time of lease signing. Possession of the property will not be granted until all required move-in funds have been received. RENT PAYMENTS & LATE FEESRent is due on the 1st day of each month. A five (5) day grace period will be provided. If rent is not received by the end of the grace period, a $50 late fee will be assessed. Additional late fees may apply as permitted by Michigan law and the lease agreement.
