The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, ceramic glass cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, mixer/blender, and complete tableware. The living room offers a flat-screen TV, DVD player, ample seating, a ceiling fan, and an 8-person dining table. The master bedroom boasts a pool view, while guest bedrooms are furnished with queen pillowtop beds. Bathrooms include walk-in tiled showers and tubs.
Optional amenities are available at an extra cost. You can choose to heat either the jacuzzi or the pool for a daily fee of $35.00 plus tax for short rentals, or $20.00 plus tax for monthly winter rentals. Renting a propane BBQ is available for a flat fee of $55.00 plus tax, which includes one full propane gas tank and post-rental cleaning. Golf cart rentals are also available.

It's a two-minute walk to the beautiful 18-hole championship golf course, Swiss Fairways. Disney Orlando and other theme parks are just a 45-minute drive away, making this the perfect holiday location in Central Florida.
Please note that the jacuzzi or pool heater is an optional extra and not included in the rental price. A minimum 5-night stay is required.
