The neighborhood

About the building

A few minutes walk to Sweet Cooie's, the best ice cream in town. Wonderful Congress Park neighborhood, and location, location, location! Walk score of 86/100. You don't need a car, although there's room for two in the attached garage. Hardwoods and tile throughout ... because you can never get carpet really clean. Bosch appliances. Quartz countertops, even in the bathrooms. An expansive rooftop deck, and balconies at the front and side. Great neighbors, I'll introduce you. Quiet, private, yet only 1.5 blocks from the restaurants and other businesses of Colfax and 12th Avenues, and the new 9th and Colorado complex. Google says Sprouts grocery is 6 minutes walk. It's less than that. The only Trader Joe's in Colorado that sells liquor, an AMC multiplex theater, Molotov, Postino, Culinary Dropout. All within a 5 to 15 minute walk. Safeway and King Soopers grocery stores are less than 30 minutes by foot. I'll hop on my bike and am there in a few minutes if I can't find what I need at Sprouts. Carla Madison, the newest and best recreation center in Denver is exactly 1 mile away. I walk or ride my bike there most days of the week. Tip: if you join in November you get a 40% discount for the whole year. City Park, Cheeseman Park, Congress Park. The Zoo, the Museum of Nature and Science, City Park Golf Course, the Botanic Gardens, and two Denver Public Library branches (Park Hill and Ross - Cherry Creek). All are easy walks. Have a look at Google Maps. Inside the boundaries for East High School, Morey Middle School, and Teller Elementary School (i.e., your kids won't need to apply for admission!)
