Feel at home in this newly renovated 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom house located at the heart of the Waterski Resort. This fully air-conditioned property offers comfort for great vacations with a magnificent open view overlooking Lake Stephanie.
This newly renovated house, finished in 2021, sleeps 8 and features Wi-Fi and AC in all rooms. The open-plan kitchen is newly renovated with all appliances, including a side-by-side refrigerator with a water dispenser, a large microwave and oven, and a dishwasher. It boasts granite countertops with a double sink, a breakfast bar for 4, and is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, a coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, blender, baking dishes, and a vacuum cleaner. The dining area features a glass table for 8 with a garden/lake view, and the living room has a high ceiling, tiled floor, modern white leather furniture, a glass coffee table, and a 65-inch Samsung QLED Smart TV with a Sonos surround system. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, and there are two guest bedrooms with queen-size beds, and one guest bedroom with two twin beds. All bedrooms have AC and garden or pool and lake views.
The Jacuzzi or pool heater can be heated at an extra cost of $35.00 plus tax per day for short rentals, and $20.00 plus tax per day for monthly winter rentals. A BBQ rental is available for a flat fee of $55.00 plus tax, which includes one full propane gas tank and cleaning after use. A golf cart can also be rented.
Clermont and the surrounding area offer a multitude of activities and events for athletes or sports enthusiasts. Golfing is onsite or nearby at Mission Inn, Bella Collina, Green Valley, Legends, or Kings Ridge. The NTC (National Training Center) in Clermont is just 10 miles away. Historic Downtown Clermont, the Clermont Chain of lakes, and the Lake County Rowing Association boathouse are just 6 miles away. The complex is set on 450 beautiful acres, offering proximity to Orlando attractions, 35 minutes away.
Check-in time is 5:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm. NO SMOKING is allowed. NO PARTIES or LOUD MUSIC are allowed. The total occupancy of guests staying overnight in the villa is to be no more than the villa sleeps. Service dogs are allowed with paperwork. Other pet requests will be considered with a $65.00 non-refundable pet deposit and Pet Policy Form completed.
