All Applications must be completed entirely. All documentation must be attached at the time of application submission. Screen shots of pay stubs are not permissible. Please scan your documents into the application link. Please have all documents, deposits and first month's rent available at the time of your rental application. oPay Stubs: Must show applicants name & address plus, employer name & address:1 month of pay stubs (ex: weekly pay = 4 pay stubs / bi-weekly = 2 pay stubs.) including pay dates. oIncome: Must be 2.5 times your NET income. oEmployment Verification: Your employer must be able to verify your employment. (All documents must have your name and your employer's name with employer's contact information visible.) Holding Fees: Holding fees must be received in cash, money order, or by electronic payment. Holding fees are required to hold the property for move-in.
