Lease terms
No Smoking. Pets allowed under special circumstances with additional deposit. Lease is for a six-month period. Owner reserves the right to terminate the lease at any time. Monthly rent is due on the 1st day of each month. A late fee of $25.00 will be applied, for each day after due date, until monthly rent is paid in full. Tenant must notify owner ASAP of any issues requiring maintenance or repairs. Repairs must be reported within 24 hours and Owner will arrange for all major repairs to be completed in a timely period. Washer and Dryer can be provided with tenant being responsible for all repairs/replacement. Satellite dish allowed in YARD ONLY (NOT on structure) Parking is allowed only in the driveway and on the street in front of the property. Proof of renters is required
