Garage. Ceiling fan in living room, and both bedrooms. Very nice. Ready to move in. small pets are allowed with a $300 non refundable deposit per pet. Limit of 2 pets

Walk to Dairy Queen. 4 blocks to downtown, Aransas Pass. Nice workshop! Three ceiling fans. Gas range. Laundry hook-ups located in workshop area. There is a very nice refrigerator left by last renter, but we do not guarantee the refrigerator, as we usually do not provide them for several reasons. The refrigerator looks almost new and runs great, but if it ever goes out we are not responsible for it. We do not usually provide a fridge for several reasons, but this one is already there. this home is freshly painted inside and outside. Home is now a beautiful sand color with a bright red front door, Very pretty from the street view. BIG yard with a double fenced backyard, Large trees! Has a nice front porch with ornate iron railing. Great landlord who pays attention to details and is easy to contact when needed. Owner lives only a couple of blocks away. Home is nice and roomy with a living room and a large den on the backside. Three ceiling fans in living and bedrooms. nice Home is available now.enclosed area for chickens or small dog in back yard. SMALL pet is allowed, with a $300 non refundable (as we must have special (cleaning done since some renters may be allergic, etc) deposit, PER PET. (Limit two pets, negotiable as we know some have handicap animals))
