    Move-In Costs: First month's rent and security deposit are due at signing. Pets: Pets are permitted only with prior written approval from Landlord. A one-time, non-refundable Pet Fee is required prior to occupancy. In addition, monthly pet rent shall be due with rent. Tenant is fully responsible for any damage caused by pets. No fees or rent will be charged for approved service or emotional support animals in accordance with applicable law. Utilities: Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Parking: Tenant shall have access to a private parking pad capable of accommodating up to two full-size vehicles. Non-Smoking Property: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the home. Landscaping: Tenant agrees to maintain the yard and landscaping in a clean and reasonable condition.
