Home is AVAILABLE TO VIEW beginning July 15th. Weekdays after 530 pm are generally available for viewing and weekends are available as well. Must call to schedule appointment. Move in date approx. September 1. Rent includes pest control, lawn care, heat/ac, water and internet (everything but cable). Short term rental negotiable. Preferably six months. Credit check, professional references, background check and proof of employment/financial aid, work study, social security, etc. First month's rent and $1650 security deposit required at time of move in. Proof of Renter's insurance required. Pets negotiable plus non refundable deposit required for pets ($300-$500 depending on animal size and subject to HOA regulations). All pets require vaccination and vet records along with a photo of the animal. Service animals require legal documentation and require the animal deposit listed above. We do not participate in section 8 at this time.
