Lease terms

The apartment will be available to move in May 15. The Heat and hot water are included. Tenant must pay for gas and electricity. The building is cable ready, and a new intercom for the front door was recently installed. There is a super on site, and laundry available in building. Leases will be updated annually. Parking might be available from another condo owner in the back for a charge between 150-200. No smoking on premises, no pets allowed. We highly recommend but do not require renters insurance. Rent payments will shift to the 1st of the month in June. Condo Assoc guidelines need to be followed to prevent violation/ fines. Any fines received on behalf of the renters will be passed along to the renters. Courtesy is required for all of your neighbors. Max capacity of 2 under 18 kids and 2 adults or 3 adults in the building per apartment. For larger groups the building charges an additional 100 per person per month.
