Lease terms

Tenant pays utilities. Renters insurance REQUIRED Two reserved parking spaces in front of apartment. Does not include utilities or internet. 2 car maximum - all vehicles must be legally plated and inspected and road worthy. (no parking for trailers,or and kind of utv/will be permitted) all vehicles must be listed on lease or must notify management of changes. Pet fee $300 per pet- no outside pets, pets must be vaccinated fully and wormed. Must show proof. Limit of 4 pets unless approved by management. Animals may not run loose at anytime, must obey leash laws. No feeding stray animals. Be responsible for trash pickup and your own trash can in your area. No pools or large items that can't be put away in own space. No excess of belongings in view, must keep belongings on back patio or inside. Max occupancy of this unit is 4 people. Everyone living in unit must be on least. Anyone over age 18 must fill out application and must be approved to move in. No sublet allowed No holes in the walls (nails to hang things , etc) unless approved by management.
