It has two large closets, two window A/C units (bedroom & living room).
Off Street parking, Shared wrap around porch, Dish Washer, and Washer Dryer in unit.
You enter from the porch, walk up stairs to a small eat-in kitchen area. To the right of the kitchen is the living room. If you walked left, through the kitchen area, you would be in a small hall. Then to the left is your bedroom and to the right is your bathroom with tub/shower combination, toilet, and vanity. There is 1 off street parking spot.
KU is walkable from these location. Student tenants have simply walked the alley in back of the house and up 14th Street to KU. Porch & porch swing shared by both apartments.
References and security deposits are required.
