No applicants with a prior eviction/criminal history will be accepted. 2. Best way to reach me is through Zillow or text me first. I will respond ASAP (usually end of day or night time). 3. If everything looks good on your applications and income requirements, you will then get a link and pay $50 fee to do Transunion Smartmove Check (credit report check, credit score check, criminal background check). This is the final check. If you have any potential issues/red flags, do NOT fill out the rental application and don't waste time and money paying for an online credit check. 7. If everything checks out and looks good, you will sign the lease via Docusign and pay security deposit and first month rent.
