It's about ten blocks from Syracuse University and 5-10 minutes by car to Lemoyne College. It's a ten minute walk to many eclectic shops and eats just up the street.
This apartment is furnished with living room seating, one bed, and one office desk but any or all can be removed as needed.
The space is on the top floor and overlooks beautiful Barry Park where you'll find tennis and basketball courts, a scenic pond, running trails, and more. The living room windows frame the view. Wood floors adorn the living space.
There is a large, eat-in kitchen with adequate counter space and cabinets. For the aspiring chef, a 4-burner gas range/oven combo will meet your needs. For the quick chef, a microwave oven is available. There is a full-sized refrigerator and an automatic dishwasher that awaits your mess.
Each bedroom is graced with large closets and plenty of natural light from the East and West facing windows.
This apartment has a full bathroom with vanity, medicine cabinet and a tub-shower combination.
Off-street parking is available with two spaces in the driveway and one inside the attached garage. There's also a storage room at the back of the garage.
The basement has a shared laundry room. Even though the room is shared, there are two washer and dryer sets that are included in the rent so not coin-operated (one set for each floor).
The backyard is also a shared space but it is always a quiet private escape. The yard is partially fenced-in and is a fun summertime cookout space.
