For your safety, there is a ring doorbell camera at the front door and an outdoor camera by the parking area and outdoor area. No music outdoors. Loud conversations need to be kept indoors. If neighbors call with a noise complaint, you get one chance to resolve within 30 minutes. A second call means your reservation will be canceled without refund and your group will be required to leave. There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old for all primary renters.
