Pacific Beach is a relaxed neighborhood by the beach, popular with sunbathers, surfers, locals, and vacationers alike. Trendy hotel bars and casual cafes line the boardwalk, while Mission Boulevard and the surrounding streets are dotted with clothing boutiques, yoga studios and casual drinking spots that draw a fun bar-hopping crowd. Just next door, Mission Beach has one of the last remaining wooden rollercoaster at Belmont Park. Slightly more inland, the grassy slope of Kate Sessions Park has sweeping views of the city and San Diego Bay. This home is super close to SeaWorld and about a 10-minute drive to the zoo. Downtown, the convention center, and Petco Park are about 15 minutes away. Pacific Beach is very walkable, but a car is recommended if you want to get to other parts of San Diego.

If neighbors call with a noise complaint, you get one chance to resolve it within 30 minutes. A second call means your reservation will be canceled without refund and your group will be required to leave. There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old for all primary renters.
