hello! we are a 2-story 3b2b townhouse less than a mile away from ASU Tempe! our beloved roommate is leaving the nest and we will have a vacant room after summer is over. here is the info: -move in dates: august 1st 2026-2027 -rent: $760 + utilities -your own full bathroom -room size: 12.6' x 11.3', huge sliding door closet -privacy as the only bedroom on the 1st floor. -living room and kitchen is fully furnished and contains all appliances! we will have a leftover bedframe and mattress if u would like one, but will throw out if not. we are a relatively quiet house, and we both like to keep the shared space clean! a little about us: hi! i am annie, i graduated in 2025 and am currently preparing to apply to law school! i am turning 21 this year and love live music, working out, and trying new restaurants. i do tattoos on the side and am an avid cinephile. my roommate casper is also a recent grad, 23, and is an avid chef and baker. they love attending live and local shows, wine, and have 2 extremely well mannered cats, frank and abzan. please msg on here or ig for inquiries! @anniecsonu
