Electricity is INCLUDED in the rent. Walk to Whole Foods, the Metra and the Purple El, as well as all of the shops and restaurants in downtown Evanston. Short bike ride or drive to the beach as well as parks and playgrounds. No pets. No smoking in the apartment or on the property. No parking in the garage or driveway. Parking is on the street. It's an easy walk from the door of the coach house right out the backyard, through the alley to Wesley. Available June 1, 2026. TENANT QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a minimum credit score of 660 for each person age 18 or over living in the unit and a monthly household income at least 3x the monthly rent; co-signers also accepted if needed to meet the requirements above. No smoking in the unit, in common spaces or on the property. Unit is available June 1 for a one year or longer lease. All applications must complete an application which is $79 per person. First month's rent and security deposit are payable at lease signing. There is no private outdoor space with this apartment as the tenants do not have access to the backyard and owner's patio.
