Easy to get to with a cabin in the woods feel.… This place is best for someone who is more interested in an inexpensive, quiet, and relaxing place, and doesn't care if decor doesn't match. Furnished. Minimalistic. Private drive, backyard, garden space, and lots of storage space. Wild animals (turkey, deer, rabbits, etc. ) are regularly walking by. Includes full kitchen, bathroom, small office, and large living/bedroom. There are hardwood floors and built-in shelves/cupboards. The bed is a double with allergy cover, sheets, blankets, pillows. Some guest wifi is available. Newer fridge and full stove/oven, with medical grade wall heaters. Silverware, dishes, pots/pans, crock pot, and hot water kettle also included. Multiple add-ons are available (ex - recliner and large screen tv, faster internet, etc.) for additional prices - just ask. Owners live next door. A working farm cat keeps the rodent population down, and might be available for the occasional de-stress petting outside. As much as possible, all natural and fragrance free supplies used. No smoking or vaping - an air quality monitor alarm checks for that. Must tour property before lease will be signed. Online survey and additional pictures available on request. All showings are scheduled with 24+ hours advance notice. Might be available before Sept 1 - depends on the cleaners schedule and supply arrival such as the coffee maker.
