Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. If the property incurs security, fire department, or police fees due to guest behavior, the guest will be billed the cost, with a minimum security fee of $150. The unit is located on the third floor, requiring climbing two short flights of steps to enter, with bedrooms located up another flight of steps inside the unit.
