We operated the house as a 4.9 star Airbnb from 2017 to 2020 and have had 4 to 5 tenants living in the house for 5 years.
My husband and I are experienced landlords, the house is fully inspected and registered with DCRA, and we are on call for anything you need. We aim to get things repaired/replaced within 24 hours and go above and beyond to make sure your housing is something you love and never need to stress about. We have a strong bench of trusted contractors for any maintenence needs that arise.
