Parking is made easy by a parking garage right across the street from your residence for an additional fee. The Arts Condominium offers a beautiful lobby with soaring ceiling height, old world charm and fantastic amenities which include a 24 hour door person, a ball room, Groom Barbershop, a fitness center, on site laundry facilities and bike storage. Included in the rent are: Electric cooking, heat, sewer, water, trash removal, pest control, high speed internet, fitness center, on site laundry facility and building maintenance. Tenant is responsible for their own cable/internet. Pet Friendly building; however, there are restrictions. Only one pet per unit and a dog is required to be no more than 40 lbs and there will be a non-refundable pet fee at lease signing. First month, last month, one month security deposit ( so total 3 months) due at lease signing. Potential applicants can apply at Forrester Property Mgmt. No smoking. Renters insurance is required. $75 non-refundable application fee ( which goes to pay all the reporting costs) with Two paystubs (or some sort of income verification) and photo ID. We run a credit, criminal, income and eviction check. For gross monthly income we look for approximately 3x the rent. Co-signers are welcomed! If approved, you will pay the broker for landlord a broker fee of $100.00. THIS FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE. It is per LEASE not PER PERSON.
