I am looking for interested renters who are seeking a 9-12 month lease. There is a one-time move in charge of $350 due to the building (non-refundable), along with a $500 rental deposit (refundable). Other than that, the monthly rent is the only bill. I am open to students as well as the general public, and looking for a July move-in. Seeking Move-in between July 1-July 15.
