Lease terms

Month to month rental to one (1) person only (no exceptions). First month's rent due upon signing, (plus $1000 deposit), $3650.00 to move in. The fully furnished cottage is located in back of main house. House is landlord occupied. Quiet space and not a place for gatherings or parties. No pets of any kind and no motorcycles. Parking for one vehicle on left side of driveway. Your vehicle must be well maintained, not leaking oil or be an eyesore. Quiet, friendly and well maintained neighborhood. Suitable for someone who commutes or who works nearby and wants to come home to a private, quiet and beautiful living space. Not suitable for a permanent work at home situation. Landlord must be notified regarding any visitors. Guests may occupy the cottage for no more than one night unless arranged with landlord. Absolutely no smoking or drugs on property (grounds or cottage). This is a month-to-month lease but a long-term rental and can be terminated by either party with a 30 day notice. It would be best to have a phone conversation before viewing to get any preliminary questions answered. Rent is due on the first day of the month no exceptions. Automatic deposit as the vehicle for payment. Wifi and all utilities are included in rent. Streaming stations or advanced Wifi is the responsibility of the tenant. One payment of $2650/month covers all utilities and rent (except for extended internet or TV). Property available to move on August 1, 2026
